DART | Dynamic Art Museum, an innovative museum project conceived by Piergiulio Lanza and created together with Arch. Riccardo Manfrin, presents two new exhibitions that will take place from 30 March to 24 May 2022 at the Museo della Permanente in Milan.
After the success of the first edition of “DART 2121. CRYPTO ART IS NOW”, DART Dynamic Art Museum proposes on the ground floor the second edition of the exhibition, entitled “DART 2121. NFT ART OF THE FUTURE”, introducing important innovations. The NFT art scene continues to experience a period of exponential growth, attracting great curiosity and enthusiasm from both the public and collectors. For this reason, in this new edition DART aims to offer greater interaction between the public and the exhibition, aimed at creating an engaging experience with the works and the museum context.
The first important novelty of this edition is the introduction of the Metaverse, a virtual world parallel to the real one through which DART aims to study and activate the interaction between art and virtual entertainment. Several metaverses are involved in the exhibition.
The Sandbox, which is also the main sponsor of the exhibition, is an interactive world built on virtual lands where users can create, play and monetize within the various experiences. In this universe, based on blockchain technology, every digital object is an NFT and can be created and sold using a proprietary currency, creating real economic interactions between its users and thus proving ideal also for digital artists and video game developers. and interactive experiences.
