At elementary school I wrote a short story titled “Io e Gli Alieni” (The Aliens and I), where my parents and I were kidnapped by harmless aliens just to be asked about our habits on earth. We were then safely sent back home. That short story about these compassionate and gentle alien lifeforms somehow inspired this piece. The artwork is a programmable NFT that will change to a new state if I travel to space during my lifetime. If this happens, the NFT will change into my reinterpretation of “The Aliens and I” which I will draw while in space.
